As a Poblana I’m ofended by that chile en nogada 😅 where’s the egg? And that nogada looks all wrong. It’s the sad chilango restaurant version. 😝
Why give them trashy mexican food like chiles en nogales.
3:15 stop inviting her , she’s so picky and hard to please, she doesn’t appreciate food , so please stop inviting her.
4:38 that was disrespectful…
Chapulines? really? Yes, some Mexicans eat them, but there are other more tasty, more representative Mexican dishes than chapulines…. just my two cents. Tacos de huitlacoche? ugh I give up.
I’m sorry but menudo, it’s more commonly nown as “pancita “
i feel like concha’s need coffee on the side but that’s probs just me
mexican food is ranked even better than french cousine, according taste atlas…
I think that if you want to taste Mexican food, you needed to be from a Mexican expert and in Mexico, sometimes the elements aren’t the same in different countries.
Ok, but why they dont put chicken in the mole? D:
Se me hizo agua la boca saludos de Mexico
SALUDOS DESDE LIMA PERU 🇵🇪✔️✌️💪🤘🤙🙏🥳🥳
You don’t throw in the exotic stuff first. That’s like someone trying Chinese food for the first time and the first thing they get served is a sweet and sour rat. 🐀
They definitely threw in more exotic dishes and not the more common ones.
The Mexican and there food is the most horrible that I have ever seen or met
You forgot the tortillas, oregano and lime for the menudo.
Chiles en Ahogada.
You should try tamales
Um we don’t really eat this we eat
I’m Mexican and they are giving the food in some many wrong ways😭
Like the menudo is not with coriander or tortillas, it is with oregano and telera bread!!!!
The Mole its with chicken and Totopos (tortilla chips)
worst thing i seen on youtube..
Honestly as I am the 2nd generation born in America on my mom's side, it's so nice to see people enjoy the food I've grown up with as well as see foods I've never tried before, from different parts of Mexico! So many new things I would LOVE to try!!
I hate people who deconstruct their food
try baby food challenge
did they just give them mole sauce and tortillas? Where's the chicken???
To be fair I’ve never had a tuna melt, marshmallow fluff, or anything from the “everybody’s so creative” pantheon.
What the heck is this?
its like you guys are trying to show them the weirdest shit possible 😂. you know it was wrong to give them mole with no burrito, enchilada or tamale you knew it was wrong.
Where is enchiladas , pozole , tamales ?
Sorry, but there is ZERO similarity between Filipino and Mexican food, which is heavily influenced by indigenous ingredients only found in Mexico. There is a LOT more similarity between Mexicana nd Thai food, which does incorporate the use of chiles. Filipino food doesn't even begin to compare in terms of flavors and variety. Btw, I've never met a single Filipino who grew up in a Spanish speaking household. Not certain why they constantly push the "Spanish influence" angle. A lot more than actual spanish-speaking people do, i.e., Mexicans never claim to be Spanish. As early as 1810, Mexicans chose to self-identify with their indigenous origins NOT their colonial oppressors.
Yummmm mole!
😂 you're all awesome for being kind even though I could tell you weren't enjoying it… 😂 Jkjk
How can you not give them pozole for god sake🤦🤦🤦
Menudo, WAS a band!!!! AKA the start of RICKY MARTINS career!!!!
This is BS. Any American that claims to never had Mexican food is full of crap…
I think the title of this video is weird to me a bit. “Americans” try Mexican food and they give them menudo. What?
I was born and raised in Texas. There’s literally millions and millions of Americans who have eaten menudo. It’s available everywhere at taquerias. It’s just a common food here in America.
Same goes for concha’s. They’re basic and common, like donuts. Millions and millions of Americans have eaten them.
It’s like I’m watching a video of “Americans” trying donuts and being so surprised at what a donut is and what it tastes like because they’ve never heard of donuts.
Be prepared, for the upcoming. World Cup in Mexico in 2026 !!. Learn to speak in Spanish & the food 🍲 !!. 🇲🇽 #1 🇲🇽
Grasshoppers are the most vanilla of all the edible bugs. They're like the cows of bugs. They only eat grass, it's in the name.
The huitlacoche is usually prepared with Oaxaca cheese and no Lime. And the Menudo should have some lime….
Chiles en nogada are breaded with egg, otherwise they're just chiles rellenos. That's the way they were created in Puebla, yet everybody outside Puebla keeps saying otherwise and that we make OUR dish wrong
The Menudo and the Conchas are typical but the rest not really. Seemed a little more gastro-mexican I know that's not a word but. Nopales would have been a great and more typical substitute.
I’m so used to this food that I forget how amazing it is!
Why are y’all so bothered about food you never heard or tried😂 Every Mexican family has different dishes. They can’t just generalize it to the Mexican American basics when in some parts of Mexico they actually eat authentic Mexican recipes. If you’re Mexican American a lot of our food is gentrified bc America doesn’t provide certain ingredients that Mexican soil does.
I think Mexicans would be more open to world cuisines than these people are open to Mexican food.
Solo el menudo es tradicional. Nadie cosina el chile asi menos los tacos esos.. quien escoje la comida?? La neta que hasen ver a mexico con comida mala.. donde esta la birria!? Posole? Atole? Tamales dorados? Chilaquiles? Los zopes??
10:47 😂
I love watching these videos
8:24 as a Mexican that's a snack 😂
😂
im mexican and i dont even kn what hulitacoche tacos are
