As a native New Yorker I’d avoid halal food carts at all cost! Those hot dogs and chicken are out all day long in the summer heat and winter! I’ve seen them use dirty rags that’s literally black to wipe their counter that’s been on the floor and prep their food in any food laying around outside I can guarantee some have been reused from days before and bugs and mosquitos all gets on it. Just do yourself a favor and go eat at a restaurant
