Nothing is fresh, everything comes from plastic bags and cans and is an industrial product and has little to do with cooking. I would describe it more as a warm-up. A disgrace for Italian and French cuisine.

What is supposed to be "cassoulet" is specially awful.

They are at gorizia town in italy and they are all italians, this is italian street food, and they are speaking in italians with the north italy dishes.

Must be disgusting, everything is just cooked and not fryed sharply, hence there are zero roast flavors.
