      Trump always said that one of the reasons for his tariff crusade was to decrease the trade deficit. But against China? China has always been a producing country. Countries having a trade deficit with China were never new. the British Empire is buying so much from China than selling its goods that it creates a huge trade deficit. To compensate with this deficit, the British flood china with opium to make them buy from them and hence the start of the opium war. Europe is importing so much than it sells to China that it created a shortage of silver during the 17th century.

      The point is, u can never win a trade war with China. They basically produce their own goods, raw materials are within their reach and most importantly, a huge cheap labor force. Where the US heavily relies on those cheap labors and cheap foreign goods.

      he looks weak, on with tarriffs then off, then on, then off again. Weak, indecisive. Bending to US internal business pressures as to autos from Mex and Canida. sending a spineless message to Iran and everyone; he'll flip flop on issues, fake autimatiums, etc. ???

      Trump made the trade deal with Canada and Mexico that he says is so bad. (The USMCA.)
      He made the deal.
      But Trump doesn't act in good faith.
      Americans are square dealers.
      Trump is a chiseler. A weasel.
      Don't let him sully your reputation.

      Daily EOs that are arbitrary and based on falsehoods. Where is the Congressional outrage. They are the legislature in charge of passing laws, not a power grabbing out of control wanna despot. It is no wonder his chaos is disrupting the welfare of America. He will never admit to failure or crimes against the Constitution. He is well on his way to terminating the Constitution.       Why is Congress silent on the musk effect. “You are not the president. You should go.” X. Lost a confrontation with a 4 year old. “I want you to shush.” X. Unfit for office, impeachment now. He will never change. America’s conduct is like a 20ish woman thinking she can change him. Duh. Loser and proving it daily. 7 bankruptcies. Musk is a fool as well. If he is trying to stop wasteful spending he should return all the carbon credit sales profits and subsidies he has received for his Tesla business. Now that would be meaningful. Duh

      P.S. When someone tells you it will get worse before it gets better, and it's just "short term pain", remind them that Hoover's "short term pain" lasted 25 YEARS until Eisenhower's massive infrastructure and health care spending got us out of the mess.

      President looks uninformed. USA relies heavily or 100% completely on Canada for many key minerals needed to produce and manufacture things. Zinc, nickel, potash, aluminum, vanadium, tellerium, nepheline, peat, niobium, graphite, silver, selenium, tellirium. US is very low on resources, good luck finding it.

      1- On day one, I can end the Ukraine and Russia war with a phone call.
      2- Inflation will fall fast.
      3- Gas prices will drop fast.

      What about the Fed chair? The guys that literally controll the money supply of the USA. Did not FKN vote for them did we?

      Instability and threats force people to take the safe route. The safe route is build in America or face conpletely unknown consequences. Or course it's being used as a weapon
