I have to say that I kind of like this guy because he makes sense. You only have to look at him. His body says a lot. I already do a lot of stuff he says but I have to be honest I don’t think I’ll agree on his choices of food. For example fried food isn’t healthy. Watermelon, pomegranate, rice neither. Sorry but that’s a fact. No NV on rice and the amount of fructose which is sugar not mentioned on ‘healthy’ watermelon & pomegranate. I don’t think anyone can have my lifestyle. You have to be mentally a monster to achieve it. It only took me 18 months to get to the shape I’m now at the age of 51 years old. I stepped in the gym for first time in August 2022 and I did it on my own with no experience whatsoever. I believe 70% is about food, 20% exercise but very important on the type of exercises 5% structure of your body and 5% how you deal with stress.
