Proteins are great because they make you feel full quicker, but 75 grams of protein is ridiculous.
1 gr for every pound (2.2 g/kg) is a completely false interpretation of a study. Basically 1.6 gr/kg is generally accepted as the maximal useful consumption. This is however target weight/ when your completely cut. This is also for extreme athletes. I would say anything between 1.2-1.5 g/kg of your goal weight is ideal.
So 75 gr per meal is completely insane if you eat 3 meals. If your goal weight is 90kg/200lbs, and you're gaining muscle you should aim for 108-135 g of protein per day or 36-45 grams of protein per meal.
