From ergonomics point of view the type c port should be off-center. It will make the screen higher so you will not tire your neck looking down.

500 nits and IPS display? Not good when playing or regular use in outdoor. Though now we have a gaming tablet with integrated fan cooler. But nits and display wise I'll just stick to Ipad pro M2 they are cheaper now as the new m4 came out

Given its price point, depending on how well it can play PC games could this be positioned as a Steam Deck competitor?
As performance improves I'm expecting some convergence in these markets. The main competitive factors will probably be OS preference, optimisation for gamig and form faxtor.

Overall an Ok tablet, i only wish they used an OLED display, 3.5mm jack and relesead a bit later with Snapdragon 8 gen 4.
