He brings me herbs and spices And also teas when he barbecue, he makes Kebabs and they’re so good. I’ve never seen My uncle Ali makes them . I want to learn more about recipes and foods from my uncle’s Country when he first got together with my aunt, I remember the music and the prayers of enchanting. I thought it was so beautiful. My favorite uncle Ali was from this magical land where they seem so beautiful even pray so beautiful and their food is delicious. I felt like my uncle Ali was this Prince that married my beautiful aunt Grace and now he is my uncle and I felt very fortunate that he’s now in our family I’ve always wanted to travel to foreign lands and learn different cultures and how to make different cuisines. I love to cook and see the expression on the people who Eat my food . I still do that. I don’t travel because I can’t, but I do experiment with recipes from all over the world, but mostly from Iran I’ve learned a couple of recipes from my favorite uncles country and my children will now ex-husband loves this food that I have learned How to cook from my uncle Ali I am so proud to call him my uncle and so proud to be his niece . Maybe one day I can visit Iran, this beautiful foreign country that I have loved From a far . 💖🙏😋
u forgot somehting after kneeding ur meet u must put it in fridge for 2 hour & if u wana better taste? add some baking soda in ur onion like 1 teaspoon
I prefer the much simpler 80/20 beef, onions, salt, pepper – that's it. The important factor here is to cook it over lump charcoal (not gas), that's where you'll get the amazing flavor.
Spices can be great too, but sometimes you want to concentrate on the flavor of meat and the smokiness from lump charcoal
All kabobs in the region have different names and diff variations and spices but they all taste the same 😂. I remember one time I tried a Turkish variation expecting it to taste different then what I grew up eating and it tasted the exact same despite using different spices and herbs.
